Dominique supports you in the complete creation of your design concept and make sure to specifically meet your needs. She likes to suggest you different options and demonstrates them with moodboards, 2D plans and 3D drawings. She also offers you thoughtful choices of materials and fixtures that harmonize perfectly with the design. She also acts as an intermediary between you and the various suppliers in order to simplify your task and maximize the efficiency of your project.

At Concept L-S, we believe that a good planning is the key for a successful project. We make sure to get all the documents in hands before beginning the work (quotes, plans, city permits, etc.). We establish the most accurate schedule as possible in order to properly coordinate the occupation in your house during the work. We are responsible for choosing and hiring subcontractors with their license, insurance, etc. for the electricity and plumbing parts. We order materials and fixtures for you and closely monitor each amount in order to respect your budget.

For us, it’s really important taking the time to do things well. This is why we only carry out one project at a time. You will be assured of having the same team from the start to the end of the work. We do not hire subcontractors, at the exception of plumbers and electricians. Clément is the one who is taking charge of the work, he makes sure to protect your environment against dust and ensures that the site is cleaned at the end of each day in order to give you a free access. And above all, he takes the time to validate each stage of the work with you and maintains a constant communication throughout the process.

When the project is done, we go over it with you so that every detail is to your complete satisfaction. We make corrections if necessary. We also make your room shine and bright before revealing the final result to you. Our customers particularly appreciate the before/after photos of the project and our video montages on the progress of the work. Finally, we always keep in touch with you and ensure a regular follow up in case that defects appear over time. We will be happy to correct them so that you can fully enjoy your room for several years!
